Here is my 1500 army for chaos daemons - i hope i covered all fields and my opp. will be mostly space marines, tau and necrons...

HQ:
Bloodthirster w/unholy might
1 herald tzeentch w/ we are legions, mos,bolt

Troops:
10 plaguebearers w/ icon
10 bloodletters w/icon
5 horrors w/bolt X 3 (one with changeling)

Fast:
5 seekers X 2


Elites:
3 fiends w/ unholy might
3 flamers x 2

I try to have mostly fast attackers and my troop i try to have bloodletters to take care of pesky high T guys and marine armor while plaguebearers for the anvil. I have min horror squads to get the bolt in case I face monoliths and tons of vehicles. suggestions?

I would say drop the bloodthirster to get rid of his point sink and take blood crushers instead to deal with Marine-like targets or stuff with higher toughness. They'll be more resilient and serve much the same role. If you find yourself missing the anti-vehicle potential a BT represents then pick up 3 screamers and call it good.
