Yeah they're OK, I mean assujing you're looking for great prices, low shipping, fast service and prompt responses to your questions.
Most orders ship within a day or two and even here in Red China I get them in a week or so.

They are very helpful and friendly there, plus the $5 2-3 day shipping (and some of it goes to charity) can't be beat.

I just placed an order on Sunday and it arrived on Wednesday. I've never had any issues with the War Store. They also send emails keeping you completely up to date with the status of your order.
Great service for online purchases.

Since you asked that question I assume you are a noob and I would just like to welcome you to the wonderful land of the internet.
Secondly, the warstore has been the most consistent place to buy gaming stuff on the net for me for the last 8 years.

I've been a customer of the war store since '01, and Neil has been gold, solid. I try to do most of my buying at my FLGS, but whenever something odd comes up, or the wife decides she wants to do a bulk purchase (ah, christmas '02 was a good year), Neil gets it every time.
Worst (and only) issue I ever had with him was a FoW order my wife put in. My T-34's came in, and one of the boxes was a mis-pick. It was a box of KV-1's instead. I call him up, and he offers me a choice. Keep them (a more expensive product than what was ordered and paid for), or he would ship me the T-34's I wanted, over night, and charge me 1/2 price on the KV-1's. I felt this was quite fair. He is a very eager to please vendor. Price, service, the whole package is tough to beat. The only reason I don't buy from him more is because I have a crackin good FLGS and I WILL do my part to keep those doors open.

My experience with The Warstore has also been nothing but good. I had a slight mix-up on a FoW order once, but a 5 minute call to customer service put everything aright.
If you're looking to buy online, Neil's the way to go.

the warstore rocks the house. great service, prompt shipping and great prices. one time they had to split my order because of a delay on Neils end, so he just shipped what he had to me and covered shipping on the delayed stuff. cant beat that!
i too try and go to the FLGS as much as possible, but for big orders its the Warstore all the way.

Neal at the Warstore and the rest of his crew (mostly his family) are simply fantastic. The best gaming etailer out there.
I placed an order the WEEK BEFORE HIS WEDDING and it came in on time.
If you can't get to an FLGS, the Warstore is the place to go.
I do most of my ordering online these days, but I find that he and his staff are very friendly and helpful over the phone (and they will remember who you are and ask how you're doing).
All in all, the receive this Cyberrabbi's kosher seal of approval.

No I'm not a noob I've been playing for the past 8 years, but I usually buy at the FLGS as I can sneak them into the house without my mom seeing and yelling whereas if I order through the mail she'll se it right away. But I am starting a new army and decided to take the risk anyway.

Same here.
I usually just buy from my FLGS, slowing putting together my first army unit by unit so I haven't been spending too much money all at once. I wanted to speed up progress on my army though, so I played a pretty big order with the Warstore in order to save some cash.
I didn't have any problems with my order, and i'd purcahse from them again if I made a really big order, but most of the time it's all about supporting my kick ass FLGS.

They can get a little slow when it is busy. But they are still reliable, and selling at a discount. I think he only has a couple people working with him.

OK.
So, either you got a real early start on war gaming (8 years old?) or, well, something else...
More on topic, I've had nothing but good experiences with the WARSTORE and anything that has even been wrong is usually corrected ASAP, and usually to the customer's benefit (the wrong product usually ends up as free product!).
