I haven't used my MSU slayer cult army for over 2 years now but there is a 2500pt tourney in a week and a half that is allowing SOC armies as long as they don't have a 7th ed army book update (dwarves were last 6th ed book).

After a shocking tourney on the weekend (went for fun and 5 of the 6 games were attrocious) and got slapped around by the broken new daemons I'm ready to pull out the ultimate power army nerfer.

Was thinking along the lines of:
Daemon slayer skaven slayer, deathblow, cleaving, cleaving, snorri
Dragon slayer- BSB, deathblow , standard of grungi (the 50pt one in the SOC book)
Dragon slayer- skaven slayer, deathblow, snorri, cleaving
x 8 units 10 slayers
x 1 unit 15 brotherhood
x unit 16 Long Drongs slayers
x6 slayer 'fanatics' (don't have book with me atm and mind gone blank)
x1 Goblin Hewer

Line up accross the length of the field and horde rush my enemy...

I'll get close to 0 for comp and likely the same for sports but after the lackluster tourney I just had I just want to slap some power gamers around...

BTW the brotherhood will have full command and Long Drong's slayers automatically come with full command.

I say, go for it. Show the new Daemons what another unbreakable army can do. And when you take down a Bloodthirster, be sure to mercilessly taunt your opponent.

It's so nice that someone, somewhere still gets to play with their SoC army...

Also special characters are allowed (a rarity in Australian tourneys) so everyone will have their uber characters to give me points back as they kill me (if they are 5 or more S or T unmodified)
