When Chaos Daemons came out I moved all my daemons out of my emperor’s children army and into a daemonic force. Unfortunately this left my emperor’s children without a HQ. I needed a lord and was always in the habit of converting my leaders. This is what I came up with:

Using Lucius, a plasma pistol from the chaos marine spruce, the emperor’s children squad leader’s power-pack, and Morathi’s heartrender. I was able to piece this together fairly quickly.

Sniping his lash and clipping the sword I was able to pin the heartrender on to his sword hand and attach the plasma pistol to his lash hand. I repositioned his sword arm for a better stance. Then I used green stuff to lead the running tubes that fed into the lash to the pistol handle.

Rules wise he is armed with a daemon weapon and a plasma pistol. For Apocalypse games I will also arm him with a doom siren.

Pretty good for a kluged together kit bash. He'll look good painted I'm sure.

Aaah!

Mold lines on the plasma pistol!

Other than that it looks great.

Remember guys; Every time you ignore a mold line, God kills a hot chick that digs gamers.

I was planning on cleaning up the model - he's not even glued on to his base yet. I just wanted to show him in his raw form for people who might want to duplicate my efforts.
