Fixture of Dakka

What is this game? I have a couple of figs from it, but I don't know anything about it.
It seems like a RPG, or something. Any way to point me in the right direction on it?
The figures are tight. I just picked up a mech and her bots. going for gold and getting a couple more in a little while.
Theres one guy that looks like a space marine, a squat with a chaingun, and a couple of other fellas that look like some sort of Resident Evil kill team looking guys.

At Games Workshop, we believe that how you behave does matter. We believe this so strongly that we have written it down in the Games Workshop Book. There is a section in the book where we talk about the values we expect all staff to demonstrate in their working lives. These values are Lawyers, Guns and Money. |

It's actually not a game, at least not yet. I'd love to see somebody make a rules set for a time traveling near future/old west/pulp/horror/noir game.
As far as I can tell, it's just a model range for Reaper to finally do non-fantasy miniatures. Just like their DHL line doesn't have a game, it's meant for whatever game you already play, the new line is for people that simply need minis in that vein.
Personally, I've already picked up the Colonel for my Praetorians, and I'll probably build an Inquistor and retinue out of the range as well.

Like Polonius said it's just a brandname and bit of fluff to tie together a line of science fiction and other minis.
Some good stuff is coming out of it though.

Seriously, very cool figs. Just don't have the budget for it right now with other projects going on. It is nice to see Reaper doing some stuff that works for a lot of different, more eclectic backgrounds, from Firefly/Serenity to VSF etc.
Sometimes I think Aetherverse came out just a year or two too early...

Guinness: for those who are men of the cloth and football fans, but not necessarily in that order.
I think the lesson here is the best way to enjoy GW's games is to not use any of their rules.--Crimson Devil |
