Hi all, I would like to shear one of my battlereports with you, it can be found here:
http://wargamereports.com/vefsida/battlereports/brp40k/brp40k1.html

The report like all our reports is really visual, has good maps to follow the flow of the battle, great photos and well written text.

Hope you enjoy it

Great bat rep, easily some of the best bat rep pictures as well. Also "Only the selected few can withstand a direct hit from a Carnifex and live. The Commander was sadly not one of them and was cut in half by the Carnifexes massive jaws." was a great line.

Thanks for the post, excited to see more.

Thanx to all who have posted comments. We're really happy about the comments we've received on the forums were we have posted links. The positive comments will with out a shadow of a doubt drive us into making further reports. We at http://www.wargamereports.com plan on releasing one report each week, for various gaming systems. New reports will be posted each wednesday, with 40k reports being every other wednesday.

For those that also play Warhammer Fantasy, an exciting WFB report is going up on our site next wednsday.

On the subject of how the maps are made: In very few words, I take "birdseye" picture of the battlefield before the battle takes place. After the battle I take photos from the same angle of the models in each army. Then it's taken to image editing software, and from there into a drawing program, were the actual maps are made. I plan to make an article on the subject to be posted on wargamereports, so for those interested keep an eye out for that on our site.
