Well, I'm not sold on the Vets in the Celestian Units. So they hit on 3+, wound on 5+, meaning they kill ... less than a marine on the charge: .889 - or .667 when not charging.
In my opinion, you should dump the Vets, and get one IST unit out of its Rhino and into an HS Immolator.

Also, Extra Armour is next to useless. Give everything Smoke Launchers first (which are much better).

And lastly, you don't really need Imagifers on the Battle Sister squads. They're already at 10 - how sure do you need to be to get off the Divine Guidance?

You raise a good point about the celestian veterans.

The IST in heavy immolaters is an interesting choice that I may just do, the enemy just shook the (beep) out of the exorcists.

I think imagifiers are very useful especially if I want Spirit of the martyr if they get their rhino blown up and they're too big to fit in an immolater then it's necessary for objective holding.

Drop something to get a third Exorsist. You just gotta have them.

I'd, in fact, drop the storm troopers, get a 3rd Exorcist, up the Dominions more(6 man, 2x more special weapons). I'd also drop a Celestian squad for a 3rd Dominion squad, as those are better. Also, flamers in the Dominions, and Melta-Immotilators more if possible. At least a 2x Melta, 2x Flamer mix. 4 flamers eat squads though.

As a general rule, take 3x Exorsists, 2-3x Full dominion squads, then as many rhinos+10 man squads as humanly possible. It works well. Seraphims if you want.

VSS on the superiors as well. Mantle of Ophelia on the Cannoness too.

4 weapon Dominion squads are not better than Celestians. They are expensive, one-shot wonders.

Mantle of Ophelia is one of the most unnecessary pieces of equipment you can put on a Canoness. What would you rather have, a 4+ inv save or a 2+?

Exorcists are good, but they are no longer uber. 2 in this style of army is fine.

There is no more "General Rule" for Sisters' army construction - 5e changed a lot of that. There is "that which will work well together" and "that which won't" - I think this army falls into the first category with perhaps a few minor tweaks.
