Pretty good for a first time. I reckon some brown/black Citadel washes around the edges of each colour area (and right over the KFF and tools) would bring out the colours nicely.

I actually really like it. It reminds me of the old second editions orks a bit.

Good times, good times!

i (in my wierd way of thinking like a ork...) think that the eyes are nice but a bit un orky, since orks often are painted in reds for the eyes.

nice for a first and clang you are right the washes would make it really nice.

keep it up!

i'd really like to se some more of your orks if you start a army or if you have one!

GENERATION 4: The first time you see this, copy and paste it into your sig and add 1 to the number after generation. Consider it a social experiment.

I use Devlin Mud for my washes. I wash all my orks. I mean, do you really think an orc bathes? hell no, they don't kill the enemy with there really OP weapons, they kill them with there stinkyness. HAHA! Watch for a post in this thread with a pic or 2 of my Shokk Attack Gun orc. Hope this helps you with your choice about what washes to use!

QFT - How on earth did you get the dot that small? All my attempts end up terribly.

+1 for the washes suggestion, but its looking really nice already.

Drake_Marcus: It's true- that's why the Space Wolves love termie armour so much. The whole "bear" thing they've got going on is just a thinly veiled cover-up of their huge, hairy cleavage.

I did do the wash on the weapons and it turned out good. The new GW washes work very good. For the eye I just use a very small brush. Thanks for all the nice comments.

I'd give the whole figure a Badab Black/Paynes Grey wash. It would darken the fig a bit, but would add some very nice definition
