So this came up last night. In the BA codex, there is the option to buy a cyclone missle launcher for a terminator, but nowhere in the book does it have a statline for the weapon. I didn't have a book to confirm, but apparently there's no statline for it in the 5th edition rulebook either, so is it safe to say that Blood Angels get the updated Cyclone when the Codex: SM changes over?

No, I'd use the rules from the DA and BT codices, ie the old ones.

In one game turn an Imperial guardsman can move 6", kill a few guys with his flamer, assault 6", kill two more guys with his bayonet, flee 12", regroup when assaulted, react 6", kill one more guy with his bayonet and then flee another 12".
So in one game turn an Imperial guardsman can move 42" and kill more than 5 people. At the same time a Chimera at top speed on a road can move 18"...

Why would you use those? It doesn't say anywhere where to reference the rules for them.

Because those were the common rules for the Cyclone when the BA codex were written. The cost also reflect this.

By RAW I guess it does nothing as it's not described in neither codex nor rulebook.
