Well, looks quite good. I'd take a 2nd Embolden for staying power. The Jetbike squad has a very large foot print. I'd take a small squad, instead, and add a Storm Guardian squad with 2 flamers in a Serpent. Dropping the DA Exarchs will save you some more points.
