That one dread is so ded i'm not even jk. I'd swap him out for another messload of boyz, unless you can make that battlewagon a transport for the nobz and bring in 3 more kans. I'm not a fan of grots so I'd actually swap them out for a second dread and that many walkers makes deff dreads go from crap to holy crap! It's the list I run and I've found that with a KFF Mek, it can spit out some redunculous damage and take hits like a man (not to mention screen the boyz like said grots would). I'd Consider switching the boss out for the kff, as you have an empty slot in elites to take the MANZ anyway, so it wouldn't be a major loss, as I honestly don't see what a warboss is doing in that army (especially without mega armor! That would make sense!)

the nobs and warboss get the wagon.
the grots are for a walking shield, and since i have 3 heavy i cant take another deff dread.
mega armour makes no sense on a warbos him and the nobs get thrown at a nice solid unit, mega armour is just wasting points.
and i wanted a solid scoring unit, thats what the megaz are for.

I'm gonna echo gfalexanders remarks on the mech and KFF, it really is a damned useful thing to have. The Dread is gonna get shot at, but you also have 6 kans to march along with it, and dropping it from troops drops out the option of the Dread as the HS choices are all full. My advice would be to drop the stormboyz. Zagstrukk is cool, but named characters are boring and that unit is simply too small. 9 guys and a character for orks means one bad round of combat and you're running. I'd put it forth their first turn they'll make a small impact somewhere but be driven off and wiped out in the following turn or two fairly easily. My main gripe here is that you have 2,800pts and have just 187 models - that's 14.97 points per model in your army, that's atrocious ratio's for an ork force. Looking closer at the force you have a large boyz based foot force supported ably by some kans and a dread, and have tried to get some faster combat forces in there with the 6 deffkoptas and the MANZ in a trukk as well as the storm boyz, but these forces unless held back with the rest of the force as they move forward enmass are at high risk of being eliminated immediately. 2,800pts is a massive amount of enemy firepower to face as you move in and you're gonna need to bulk it out a bit more if at all possible. If you need to get a few points here and there, drop a single grot to 29 for the mob and thus lose 1 of those Runtherds that now isn't compulsory. I'd probably lose the dread altogether and replace him with 20 more boyz or so, possibly drop the MANZ completely so as to increase that extra unit of boyz to a full 30 with extra nob as well as take another unit of boyz as Elites. A couple of Nobz with Big Choppa's would do a whole heap of good as well for tougher opponents. That would be my advice on looking at the list, mainly because of the size of the army points wise, and the fact you are restricted to 1 FOC, else I'd see about spamming it across into 2 charts and spamming out more grot units as that 4+ cover save to everyone behind them thanks to 5th Ed. is brilliant, especially as they are so cheap as well.

The Wagon can't transport anyone if it has a killcannon IIRC. Double check it in the codex I may be wrong - my brother pinched the codex and I can't find it right now.

so it can still be used, and since m nobs + warboss = 11 moels its fine

Personnally you are taking the battlewagon primarily for the transport not the gun. Give it a deff rolla instead. That frees up a heavy slot that you can fill with another dread or a squadron of kans. The deff rolla also means full 13" speed ahead. Get those nobz into combat.

I too would debate on the unit of mega nobz and the small Vulchas... perhaps convert them into another nobz mob in another battlewagon with a deffrolla.

If you go that route, I would suspect you can cover your boyz pretty darn well between 2 dreads, 6 kans and 2 battlewagons. So now you free up the grotz points...

The mek with the field is a good possible change but I could also argue for the nob as it gets you a dead hard nobz squad as a troop choice to take and hold objectives.

If you run nobz, I would really "waste" one as a painboy. It gets you feel no pain so when you are standing out in the open between assaults, your opponent is going to find killing heavy armored nobs with a 4+ feel no pain (and if you feel real generous cybork bodies so you have an invulnerable to boot!!!) a bit more than a 4-heavy bolter devastator can chew up on its own.

Another thought would be to still take the battlewagon as a heavy choice and get a unit of burna boyz. Nothing like 12-15 flamers dropping in front of a hoard and then walking up and stomping the two or three left standing.
