Greetings. I have a question and I would like peoples thoughts.

Does Furious Charge work when the unit also has the Counter Attack USR successfully Counter Attacks?

Example: Command squad has a Chapter Banner that grants it the USR Counter Attack. The squad also took the vet skill Furious Charge. So my question is when a unit charges me... since the Counter Attack counts as me assaulting back…does that trigger the Furious Charge that turn since FC states that it works when you charge?

No, they don't stack.

Counter Attack merely grants a bonus attack, and does not count as assaulting into combat. Furious Charge requires that the unit has assaulted into combat that turn.
