Not a bad list, but it could be improved. Keeping with the base of the army as it is, I would hang onto these units as they are:
10 Dire Avengers with Exarch, extra catapult, Bladestorm. Waveserpent with TL Bright-Lance
10 Dire Avengers with Exarch, extra catapult, Bladestorm. Waveserpent with TL Bright-Lance
10 Guardians with Scatterlaser
10 Guardians with Scatterlaser
5 Dark Reapers with Exarch, Tempest Launcher, Crack Shot.
The rest of the army could do with a little work.
First off, I would never ever take a dark reaper exarch with a missile launcher and fast shot. While it has longer range than the tempest launcher, it isn't as good at killing troops. In addition if you are shooting at vehicles with the unit, you are wasteing a tremendous amount of anti troop fire power. That being said, you can either switch out he exarch to be just like your other squad, you can drop the exarch entirely to save points, or you could drop the whole squad and spend the poitns else where.
The avatar is also probably not the best fit for this army. He's big and ugly in hand to hand, but he's not the be all and end all. If assault units get to you (particularly to your dire avengers) then the avatar is not gonig to be enough to keep them from eating you alive. Combine this with the fact that he's an easily shot at monsterous creature and you have a recipie for failure. I think you would find that a farseer would be a more useful HQ choice. Given guide and put with the reapers or the war walkers he would probably help you out more than the avatar would.
While I love war walkers, I wouldn't ever show up to the table with less than 3. You could drop the missile launcher reaper squad, pick up a third war walker and then spend the rest of the points on a hand to hand unit. That or you could drop the missile launchers and take scatter lasers and that should get you close to being able to fit in the third walker.
What I would recommend (and you'll have to play with the points to get it to work out) would be this:
1) Drop the missile launcher reaper squad and the avatar.
2) Get a farseer with guide, runes of warding, runes of witnessing (~100 points) and put him with the war walkers
3) Get a 3rd war walker
4) Use the points you saved from the reapers and the avatar to buy a hand to hand unit. Foot slogging scorpions with an infiltrating exarch would probably work out well (supported by your dire avengers). So would a squad of harlequins or a mounted squad of banshees.
All in all it should keep the flavor of your army more or less unchanged, provide you better field results, and cost only slightly more money.
