horde nightmare? check. anti-tank (if they get in range!) check. 80 CSM? check+. 16 (heavy)flamers +6 one shots, check. 11 power fists +2 chainfists, check. Rhinowall? Check. Burnination? ultracheck. Probably not as good as SOB, but still funs. If it turns out i'm off on the points on the icon, slap on meltabombs instead (which might actually be a better choice anyway; more effective vs. vehicles, although not against MC's... ehh... I dunno.)

plans for the elites etc. basically, precision strike; they don't really matter, quite frankly. players might be more focused on the IMPENDING WALL OF RHINO'S than the jerks from outerspace. My only problem? Don't have this many models! someone use this list! tell me results!

It can. But he's still on foot, right?

I'm sure this list could be effective. Maxed out power armour squads is always a tough nut to crack, and you just happen to have gone with flamer/melta-flavour, which is very popular at the moment. And rightly so, with the plague of cover and the righteousness of AP1!

So back to what I was saying, how do you intend to deliver the lord?

I love the idea, though I've never fielded 80 CSM...

I essentially agree with Arctik_Firangi, the walking Terminator Lord with Bloodfeeder is a liability. If you're planning to walk him around, a smart foe will simply stay away. And if you're planning to Deep Strike him in, you'll need to wait until the next turn after arrival to bring that Bloodfeeder to bear. There is also the 1/3 chance to miss all attacks and hit yourself.

How about a sorcerer lord with Wind of Chaos, to fit in with all the other template attacks? Maybe even a Tzeentch Sorcerer with Warptime too. Or a Daemon Prince.

Let's hear how this beast of an army performs on the field!

He also has a pretty good chance to dish out no attacks. If either of those dice comes up a 1 he'll just be wishing he never had that stupid demon weapon.

And to the OP. Don't post the exact point values of upgrades, it breaks this sites policies. GW could come roaming round and get their panties in a twist about the values being up on the intertubes. Just the total point value of the entire unit and it's transport.

Given that, IoCG is 5 more points, and combi-X on rhinos is 5 more points. Havocs suck. Drop them for Oblits.

But if you put all havoc launchers on the Rhino;s thats 8 ap 5 str 5 small blast shots.

havoc launchers wouldn't be worth it, they couldn't be shot much. it's better off sticking with the combi flamer, as it encourages getting up close and personal (which is all this list is going to do). Bloodfeeder isn't actually that bad, even if it is a potential liability, i've had much success with it in the past. and the plan was, if that damn icon wasn't as expensive as I thought it was, was to bring in the terminators etc. right beside them and take out a tank or two if need be. and in order to fix the points, take two CSM out of the havoc squads. and I will not drop the havocs; it defeats the purpose of the list. 9 havocs are far better than 3 oblits in CC, wouldn't you say? and these guys would actually have a plausible chance of contesting objectives.

A daemon prince would get shot to pieces; I like your idea of a sorceror with wind of chaos, however, and if he's a terminator, he could DS with the spacefaring superjerks, and roast some stuff right from outerspace combined with the guys. I like that idea meself... gets 'em up as close as can be, then burninates house with all the guys within... If he isn't in terminator armour, then just stick him with the havocs. They've got the room.
