- I got a core Dark Heresy and Sisters of Battle books from The Black Library when the game first came out.
Do the FF books coinside with them, or do I have a standard issue POS product that I wil have to go back and rebuy the FF books?

I saw a new book with the psychers and cultists. The only thing keeping me from persuing this game is this question. I wouldn't mind playing some crossover games, then bringing in the tabletop to fight out some battles, while the agents do some dirty deeds behind the scenes to affect the battles and give the combatants some strategims.

Nothing would be cooler then going back old school and having your character accumulate an army a unit at a time, and then later, as the RPG campaign continued, you would have your character running his own unit on the battlefield.

We did it back in the day with the Hogshead Fantasy game, shouldn't be too much of a difference.

Mainly looking for some conversations from people who have bought the Dark Heresy stuff, sans Black Library. Now that Fantasy Flight Has it, what are the major differences, and changes?

Do the two companies books coincide?

At Games Workshop, we believe that how you behave does matter. We believe this so strongly that we have written it down in the Games Workshop Book. There is a section in the book where we talk about the values we expect all staff to demonstrate in their working lives. These values are Lawyers, Guns and Money.

No, it is pretty much the same book.

I'm not sure how well that would work out, being that the characters are Inquisitorial henchmen and not Inquisitors themselves and the system reflects that. Psykers are dangerous enough to their own party when one person plays them. With some house rules it could be done but it would be very time consuming and unwieldy as it is.

After getting used to the rules you might want to check out the Wiki page with extra info and homebrew rules for Orks and Tau and such here.

The FF version and the Black Library versions are one and the same. The first few runs they didn't even bother to fix any of the typo's and misprints from the BL version.

The sink.

There is a pretty big errata for the core book but it's not integrated into the new printings as far as I know.
