From that day on, Astral swore to hunt, and destroy all humans. He claims his victims by usually luring them to an enclosed area, and tearing their stomach open.
Stats
WS-6 BS-2 S-8 T-7 W-3 I-5 A-4 SV-3+
Mount-Astral normally rides upon a large black steed, who has fiery dark eyes.
Temper-Astral has a very bad temper, and can get mad often. Astral will not only kill Humans, but other races that get in his way. He has been known to tear out a Human’s throat after getting annoyed.
Hmm, another Opriknikki PC...
Would he allied to any of the Vampire Houses/coven?...or more of a "loner"..?
...Oh, and he rides a horse...hmm...that's going to make him stand out quite a bit ( more than usual) in " Urban enviorments"..

Jarin's been in a lot of situations where he needs someone to talk...Harlow...he's been wandering around by himself for most of his life so he hasn't had much of a need other than to kill those who get in his way...who knows...maybe I'll write up some more "unfriendly" kills of Harlow's and you'll rethink who you throw yourself on the mercy of...

Yeah...that would be like shooting up a flare for every werewolf and Hunter within a 10 mile radius ...

That's a good point...Jarin has been in the " information extraction" business for...centuries...but that doesn't mean that Harlow couldn't become just as...inventive. 
EDIT: Hell...Jarin may have even shown him a trick or two...all things considered.
