is this legal to do

should i drop the dragon ogres?

Unfortunately Beasts of Chaos and Daemons of Chaos can no longer be combined into one army, so you've got a problem right off the start...

To help with some of the Beast only parts, only one unit of Bestigors may be marked, so only one of those 6 Khorngor units can actually be Khorngors.

I would definitely keep the Dragon Ogres in the list however

The closest thing you can do to "combine" them is to make two separate armies, one Beasts of Chaos, one Daemons of Chaos, and use them together.
