this is a condenced version of what i wrote just in case you guys don like it , i'm not wasting my time.

newtons third law states that for every action there is an equal and opposite action, but far before newton was born the Old Ones used this principal against the Necrons aeons ago.
as the war in heaven was reaching its climax the Old Ones were beginning to become desperate, creating creatures with closer and closer ties to the warp energies that they had commanded for millenia. their most prized creation, the eldar were beginning to become more and more corrupt. in retalliation to both the necrons and the eldar, the Old Ones created the Pulsara. the pulsara were created with no connection with the warp so they would not fall under the influence of chaos, and they were given the power to control the flow of time around them in a small radius to counter their disadvantage. but the Old Ones were too late, once the pulsara were created the necrons were going into stasis.

the pulsara fought the forces of chaos for many years, yet the longer they fought the more the pulsara realized that the chaos could not be defeated, it simply spread too fast for the pulsara to counter it even with their ability to control time. so the pulsara decided to leave the galaxy and one day return when the time was right.

as their ships began to leave many pulsara planets were islands of good under siege by evil. many pulsara were lost in the dog fights that followed.

after the pulsara left the once beutiful galaxy was black, and war quickly followed.

the pulsara had a very long trip ahead of them they traveled far beyond the galactic plane.
they found planets made entirely of strange crystals, and on these planets they found elemental beings so powerful that the pulsara were in awe of them, and they allied themselves with the beings who agreed to help the pulsara defeat this newly spawned evil. some of the pulsara stayed on those planets and others moved on.
