Outflanking

Hi, I'm considering starting up a DE army, and here is my rough list for it, based off my favorite models (Cold ones, Hydra and corsairs, in that order), stuff I havent used much (The sorceresses), and low $$$ fillers (Everything else)
Dreadlord on cold one
2x Sorceress
20 Corsairs
20 Corsairs
20 Warriors with sheilds
20 Warriors with sheilds
10 Crossbow Elves
5 Cold one Knights
5 Cold one Knights
War Hydra

The Idea is: Corsairs advance, warriors cover their flanks, then charge into any tight combats, or just wait top be charged, Crossbows get into Firefights and discourage enemies from hanging back, sorcerresses sit in warrior units and cold ones just moe in to outflank my foes. The Hydra will support my Corsairs advance.
Bearing all this in mind, what is your annalysis of my army list?
