So, I don't know what points cost the game will be yet, but it'll be at least 5000pts/side. I'm taking on my two buddies, they're playing Empire and Daemonic Legions, I'm taking High Elves.

I'm not sure how I should approach this, or what I should take. I have at least one unit of everything in the High Elf range. A *rough* estimate of what I have at my disposal models wise:

Lords/heroes
-Tyrion
-Teclis
-2 Dragons (one with a lord, one unmounted, with some options as to what I could use with it) - well, another one unassembled. I like Dragons, what can I say?
-4 nobles/princes (Blind Eltharion model and a hero character on foot; 2 mounted heroes)
-5 Mages (3 on foot, 2 mounted)

I'm fairly sure that's everything I own. So, what would you all reccommend for an army list?

also---I find it odd that at the 5000+ points mark, special choices for HE become +0-1, while rare choices are a whopping +0-2--yet the vast majority of HE units are in the Special category....
