It looks like the scroll that came with one of the Witch Hunter models.... Maybe the Canoness or an Inquisitor. Sadly GW doesn't do bits or even how what's actually in a model, so can't look for it.
(Would it hurt so much to have a picture up of what is in each box/blister even if there is not Bitz service?)

they where $30 but john is really good on prices, or bad at updating them. their really nice to work with but there's no roof in the kit.
