I think STOMPA would be a good name for it. The only issue that might arise is that a Stompa has loadsa different weapons...3 big shootas, a skorcha, gatling cannon, blast gun and giant close combat weapon. But in fairness, its a game, and if you have a really cool model like that, I'd let you play it as a stompa!

good luck with learning the rules!

A large model like that doesn't fit into the "standard" game - unless you're having fun with mates.

Apocalypse allows you to come up with "data sheets" and assign point costs for cool models like that.

I like it - looks good and would be fun to play with. Next time, extra detailing around the crew compartment would make it stand out better and draw the eye in, but overall it works as an Orky big mech thingy!

Hi - the crew compartment just has flat space on the front. Some form of texture or detailing there would IMO help a little. For Ork vehicles, things like fly wire, plastic card, shields, glyphs, extra metal plates, rivets pipes (half straws, plastic pipes etc) can all be used to add extra detail.

I prefer more detail, and it's great to see on a table top.

In regards to your next build - I would suggest an Ork truck! Canabilise a toy truck or two for wheels etc.

I'd go with a looted warhound, looks VERY much like it, in a good way. Gargant comes along, kills warhound, Orkzes come and take warhound, VOILA!

lol da killa turtle it is! right il tell you guys what went into it.... the top compartment is made outoff the top part of a german tank model.. the tracks for the model i stuck together to make a heavy cable type thing. th back barrel has "squiqz crapz" wrote on it and its joned to the right hand gun which was made out of a hand gel bottle. the other gun/hand was made from the same. I destroyed some spair dvd cases for some plastic and constructed the legs and main torso, the sholder pads are made out of the lid of an old hair spray bottle.. er.. inside the crew compartment theres loose wires made from speaker cable and a crude computer with an ork bashing buttons... the feet are made out of the lids from shaving foam bottels with scores cut into the top so to position the plastic better. erm theres a pen in there and the barrel on the back is made out of the empty epoxy putty tube cut in half with speaker wire to make ridges. could use some more orkz bitz to ork it up. thanks for the comments quys
