I am building an army list to take to Sakura-con and i was wondering how to use my land raider crusader and my assault terminators. I was also wondering which HQ to take with them I am in a debate between taking Lysander, Sicarus, or Tiguras.

I disagree with Lysander. If you're taking a character with 7 TH/SS terminators, you should take a character that's going to enhance the terminators, not be a beatstick by himself.

I would think taking Cassius or a Terminator Chaplain would be a good choice, given the re-rolls. I don't have my codex with me and can't remember what Sicarius gives his attached squad.
Mine run around in a Redeemer with He'stan: Similar saves and Master-crafted THs.

Last Night i fought Nids and i took Pedro thinking the extra power attack would be kewl and also having that no minuis to my leader ship and the extra attack for all the models in the squad.

If you are planning on taking a chaplain in terminator armor just pay 5 less points and take Cassius. He gives the same bonus but gets feel no pain plus hell fire rounds.

Well he blew up my land raider of the first turn so i didn't get to close to him but i managed to kill and elite canifex, heavy support canifex. and the game ended with pedro making a last stand against 4 ripper swarms. So The Squad did work i also used the large blast that comes with the the drop pod and it worked well.

I assume you're referring to the Deathwind Launcher. As far as I remember, it's just a regular Blast template, not Large. I could be wrong, though.

Well, I'd take 1 Terminator Chaplain and 7 Termies with thunder hammers. But this unit will not win you the game alone. You need some units that can keep up with the Landraider, like some Rhinos and Attack Bikes.

Yea all of my squads are split up in to combat squads with flamers and lascannons. the half with the flamers are in razorbacks with extra armor. i run those up to help hold objectives and support fire for my terminators. I use the lasscannons to take down the tanks and carnifexs.
