The nid player runs
cc Tyrant
squad of 6 warriors
1 unit of uber hormogaunts
1 small unit of hormies
1 squad of genestealers
rippers
Zoanthrope
cc Carnifex with crushing claws, scything talons, +1 wound and a couple of other upgrades
1 Biovore
Lictor

Ravagers priority is the warriors
Sniper squad takes the Zoanthrope
Grots+stinger Heamos go out and attack head on with the splinter squad in support
Raider drops out of the sky and takes the biovore and any objectives in that table half
Shadow field Heamo runs around throwing acid into faces and assaulting weak units.
Is the list ok or am I bat-s**t crazy

Well, what you need is firepower, mobility, and numbers, it this order.
Haemonculi get eaten alive against Nids; an Archon would be better.
Raider squads, Wych squads, and Ravagers are your best friend vs. Nids.
Small Reaver Jetbike and Hellion units don't cut it.
