HI people of dakka dakka i just bought some buildings and erm built em now iwas wondering what colors i should paint them my board is just the basick grass cover so please any info would help

Id GUESS that since your using ork rankings and have a stompa avatar your talking orks??? If so that also depends on the fluff of your orks and the planet. Grass type Id personally paint the ork buildings and wood and steel. Tho thats pretty much the color of all ork buildings. Mine Im thinking of making them mostly sand based, so Ill paint them in alot of tans and browns.
Imperial would most definitely be steel and concrete. No matter what/where the fluff is thats it.
Tau....pssh your guess is as good as mine I dont play tau

its the imperial sector but i made loads of stuff i thik there made out of steel and stone its manly gonna be used my guard and spacemaries cuz i got some stuff for orks if that helps

yeah... pretty much, if it's ork, it's probably gonna be red over whatever scraps it was built from. but if it's imperial, i'd just go with some distressed, old, battle torn concrete
