Revision of my first list, with some suggestions taken into account:

Daemon Prince: 155pts
MOS, Lash of Submission,Wings

5xTerminators:225pts
Icon of Slaanesh
4/w Lightning Claws
Champion with Lightning Claws

Land Raider:220

Noise Marines x8 in Rhino : 265
7 w/Sonic Blaster 1w/Blastmaster

Noise Marines x8 in Rhino : 265
7 w/Sonic Blaster 1w/Blastmaster

Obliterator Cult x2: 150pts

Obliterator Cult x 2:150pts

I have 60 points to spare. Where should they be used?

I would say get 2 more Noise Marines w/Sonic Blasters (making each a squad of 9) that leaves you w/10 points then get 2 dozer blades or pintle mounted tl-bolters (up to you but only things you can get for 5 pts).

Noise Champion with a Doomsiren, x2.

That's exactly 60 points.

What are you planning to do about armour? I count only 6 lascannons and nothing close range, unless you wanted to try deepstriking the oblits which is very risky.

And honestly I'd drop the blastmaster, it's just too darn expensive for what it can do. It's limited a good bit by the new blast rules [combined with lash it'd be nice, but you already have obliterators for that], and if you're moving [which, being in rhinos, I assume you are] you're now paying that expensive price for something that gives 2 S5 shots, when for 35 points less [the cost of the rest of the squad's sonic blasters!] you'd get 2 shots at S4. Is 1 point of strength, 1 less AP, and pinning really worth the extra 35?

Dropping the two blastmasters and making that 8th guy the noise champion I mentioned instead would allow you to buy another obliterator, or drop an oblit, combine the extra to make 1 squad of 3, and add a defiler.

1 noise marine champion with a doom siren is 50pts. The reason for rhinos is I have low mobility without them. I would be slogging around the field if I did not have them, let alone the rhinos provide extra roles in different scenarios.

This list is meant to be semi-competitive certainly not torny worthy. In the armies I forsee playing, 6 lascannons would be more then fine against what would be fielded in 1500pts. The only exception being an Eldar player, who I may have some trouble with.

If you ADDED another marine that was upgraded, yes it'd be 50. But just upgrading a marine that's already in the squad will only cost you 30 points.

And yes, I know why you have rhinos. That's the problem. If you're going to be moving around, the blastmaster is even MORE of a waste. Drop them for the doomsiren champions. You can fire a doomsiren from inside if you move 6", or you can get out and fire if you move any distance, but the blastmaster will only be able to shoot the varied frequency if you get out at all, or if the tank moves at all. Big waste.

That does make sense man. Is the general opinion on Blastmasters, that they suck?

5 Pts Left over.

I like this one now, thanks for the advice Spellbound! I am just getting a kick out of moving 12" then jumping out of the rhino, flaming, shooting then assaulting.Oh and my question still stands, are blastmasters worth it? Perhaps against horde armies and when they were not in a rhino?

If you are sitting on a objective then blastmasters are useful otherwise no. With 5 points you could add blaster to one of the champs.

Every time I hear "in my opinion" or "just my opinion" makes me want to strangle a puppy. People use their opinions as a shield that other poeple can't critisize and that is bs.

If you can't defend or won't defend your opinion then that "opinion" is bs. Stop trying to tip-toe and defend what you believe in.

Well, two troop units and thus two scoring units is a bit less.
I'd take 6 men squads in Rhinos and a small unit with blastmaster able to sit on an objective in your back field; drop some Obliterators for this.

I love blastmasters. Nothing puts fear into marines/nob bikers/MCs like a S8 AP3 pinning template. They can also be used as reasonable anti-tank (they shouldnt be relied upon for this but they can be useful in a pinch). In this army, however, i think that more aggressive troops choices would serve you better, to give you something for attacking objectives. So go with the doom sirens.

If you were to enlarge this army i would certainly suggest takking a couple of NM squads with blastmasters because they can be very effective.

If we were to play each other in a tournament, not only would I table you, I would murder you, your family, every woman you ever loved and burn down your house. I mean, what's the point in winning if you allow people that don't take the game seriously to live?

I agree with wuestenfux
2 6 man squads with champ with doom siren and 6sb in a rhino. With the remaining points buy a vanilla squad with a blastmaster and sit him on your home objective.
