honstly at 1250 you arnt going to face a lot of tanks the defiler and raptors should work well i have a squad of them ...if you are concerened give the raptors 2 melta guns but i dont see a lot of holes in the list ..

Well, in smaller games, one HQ is sufficient. I'd take a winged lash-DP.
Two small NM squads are a bit less in objective based games.
Raptors are mediocre in cc. I'd give them meltas instead of plasma pistols, and the AC should have a power fist, since power fists are Dreadnought insurance.

Okay, your list is set up a bit weird. For one, you need to go ahead and drop an HQ. When the opponent sees a fancy sword (aka blissgiver) on your Chaos Lord, it's toast before it his CC and does anything. Your DP is fine, just add wings. You now have plenty of points left over for more stuff.

You should fill out your noise marine squads to 8 a piece at least, since you'll need to. They're set up is fine though since you'll be able to sit back and pummel them as your DP pulls squads from cover and into LoS for the blastmaster and sonic blasters.

Here's where you're set up all wrong in my opinion. Your raptors are just a point sink. 10 is the max a squad of raptors should be in a list short of 1500. Drop it down, give the AC meltabombs and give the squad two meltaguns instead. I don't get why people use plasma pistols when a meltagun does the exact same thing and then some. If you lose an attack in combat, oh well, you just fried two guys without a risk.

Your defiler is fine.

My tip apart from above is to beef up those two NM squads, and if you can, add a third.
