I recently started building my first Stompa. Fun kit to mess with. I'm planning to field it with Belly gun and deff arsenal so i wanna model the extra guns and rokkits, etc.

I have a nother one of the rocket sprues on the way which will help with the deff arsenal, but I alo wanted to add some guns in amongst the supa-gattler and am doing some major rebuilding of the arm/housing as a result. It is still very WIP, I need to add more super-structure to the arm, add some more cables, armor plates and rivets on the gun housing, etc., etc. but the basic form is taking shape.

Same goes for the belly gun.

I'm also planning to kit-bashthe ccw into a giant buzz-saw, but I haven't started yet.

Added a few changes to the exhaust pipes (including a new larger pipe as well).

A few pics of the thing thus far:

Love that arm the belly gun needs something but the arm gun is great!

"But me no buts! Our comrades get hurt. Our friends die. Falkenburg is a knight who swore an oath to serve the church and to defend the weak. He'd be the first to tell you to stop puling and start planning. Because what we are doing-at risk to ourselves-is what we have sworn to do. The West relies on us. It is a risk we take with pride. It is an oath we honour. Even when some soft southern burgher mutters about us, we know the reason he sleeps soft and comfortable, why his wife is able to complain about the price of cabbages as her most serious problem and why his children dare to throw dung and yell "Knot" when we pass. It's because we are what we are. For all our faults we stand for law and light.

I'd suggest thickening the walls of the belly gun. A slightly smaller tube fit inside, with putty for the gap, p'raps?

Other than that, full of buttery awesomeness.

I agree the right arm looks great. Helps balance out the size of the model. After building one I hate that the arms and gun looked so small compared to the pair shape of the body. Well done!

I too LOVE the arm guns. That is just awesome. The belly cannon indeed needs some help. Right now it looks like a can, glued to a stompa. I personally think belly cannons are rarely pulled off properly, as they usually look goofy. Some work and youll have a righteous killy stompa!

The arm guns are frigging sweet. Your conversion is making me rethink my resoultion not to buy a stompa.
