Nope. Plasticard is essentially thin sheets of plastic, usually in A4, available in differing thicknesses.

Foam board is more like a cardboard 'sandwich', with a foam filling between two stiff pieces of board. It's a lot thicker than plasticard.

The former can be found in decent model shops, whilst the latter is more likely to be found in art supplies places like Paperchase.
