I can see use for a flamer or two in a stormtrooper squad, but that's mostly good for semi-suicidal runs deepstriking next to enemy cover and then toasting them. That is a lot of points to be throwing away doing that however, and might be more cheaply done with Marbo. Having that been said, grenade launchers on
BS 4 are in a similar situation. Stormtroopers and melta go together well because then you can drop them behind a tank and fry it. I agree about dropping the 20 points to conform to a common game size. Also giving your
CCS power weapons is a no-no. You're not going to be getting them into melee. Finally, the plasma pistol on your
CCS is not a good idea. He will get hot 1/6 * 2/3 * 1/2 = 2/36 = 1/13 of the time. That doesn't sound that often, but when you apply Murphy's, you're going to lose him the first time you fire. I say if you think you can get through the rest of the game without issuing orders, then go for it. Ideally, I would slim down the upgrades and consider some scout sentinels or a chimera or two.
