The title says it all. If a transport is shaken and the passengers get out, are they allowed to shoot when outside?
Thanks!

Could you support that by some rules? Because in my book it says "Crew shaken and stunned: The passengers may not shoot in their next shooting phase, but stay unaffected otherwise." (Retranslated)
So I don't really see why they're allowed to shoot. Even outside the vehicle.

I don't have my BRB with me, but I don't recall reading that passage. I could be wrong though.

Because it says they may not "shoot from the vehicle".
So if they get out, they aren't shooting from the vehicle any more.

Why did the berzerker cross the road?

This is a translation bug: rulebook says "...may not shoot from vehicle...", german translation says "...may not shoot..." (in german of course). The bit about "from the vehicle" is missing here.

Ah, but could another unit then embark and shoot from the vehicle? Does the reference to passengers mean anyone in the vehicle at any point, or only those that were inside when the damage occurred?
Having the article 'the' placed where it is makes this potentially tricky. So, "the passengers" in this case could be different from simply stating "passengers".
