Nope. there are some extra ones for assault termies to put over that general area :S

Do you want your manjunk shot? I think codpieces are more maditory than helmets.

Nah, I didnt think it mattered. I only got new assault termies recently, with extra bodies and legs off ebay so I can have up to 10.

No extra crotch plates though

They certainly aren't mandatory - the weapons will make it clear what you're fielding. In my case, my main opponent plays Chaos so I want my Deathwing to have as much protection as I can give them.

It's the weapons that determine whether or not your Terminators are regular or assault Terminators. No one is going to think your assault Terminators are normal ones because they don't have a bulging codpiece.

I forgot about the invulnerable save. I retract my previous statement. Codpieces are now mandatory, and significant enlar....*cough*...er, conversion, is expected and encouraged.

Just to be safe, you should probably toss a codpiece on all your termies. Somewhere out there, a Xenos race could exist whose soldiers are specifically trained to make groin shots, and only groin shots. Are you going to heartlessly force your termies to take that risk? Don't be a fool - Armour plate your tool!
