Okay according to Titanic might calgar is allowed to reroll any failed rolls to wound. Since in CC you roll for armor penetration instead of wounds, when attacking a vehicle would calgar be allowed to reroll all armor penetration dice as well, or since the entry specifically says wounds the rerolls would only be for combat against units with wounds?

It says wounds, not armor penetration. They're two separate things. Being allowed to reroll one does not allow you to reroll the other.

The rule says wounds, so applies to wounds.

Armour Penetration is not rolling to wound, so it doesn't apply.
