I have some 2nd(?) ed Orks and Grots that I am just not sure what to do with

I was thinking of making the Older Orks into Grots but think they may be too big considering its almost as tall as the avg boy is. So help me out. What can/should I do with these models? I dont like the fantasy-ish look the have so I am willing to convert them, just need some ideas.

I too have a pile of them - I very carefully shave off their rivets, buckles, skulls etc (with a scalpel) for use on conversions. They're pretty useless models for a proper army - unless you just need a cheapo quick army for when your armyless friends pop around.

I remember these from back in the 2nd edition days...awful models, the best you can do is chop them up and use them for conversions
