Hello Dakka!

It has come time for me to part with my beloved IG army. I have had this army since late 2004. I originally purchased this army and had it mailed to Blue Table Painting where it was painted for me to a wonderful standard. Over the years I have come to love this army, but I was always ashamed that I was not able to say I painted it. So I have started my own chapter of IG, and now I have enough models that I can part with this one. I will also provide pictures to interested potential buyers if you can provide me your email. I just need to dig up my camera.

I have taken good care of this army, as much as is possible in 5 years. All models are still in great condition and I am fully certain that you will be very happy to field this army at your local gaming club. Included with this army is a Sabol Army transport case, 1 extra 1' foam slab with models, and 1 extra 4' slab with models. No Codex sorry, I still need it. Retail price for this army alone not painted is right around 1100, give or take a few. The painting on this army was just as much, simply take a look at the prices and do the math.

I have not played with this army every single weekend since I have it. I would say a good 40% of the time I was deployed so it sat in my closet in its army bag. What you get for is the following:

Are we allowed to make offers? I just added the items into GW shopping cart , (not including the case because i dont know the price , and assuming they are all bought individual box , not battle force )
It adds up to $661 retail price. So my offer is $930 ( not including case + shipping )
Which means if bought from discount seller , it'll be $462.7 , the $467.30 extra is for the cool painting.

am i the only one who gets a little smile from looking at the guy with a canadian flag next to his name on dakka wanting to buy a mexican themed imperial guard army?? you could convert little rough riders painted up as mounties with sombreros!

Well the army isnt going to be winnign Golden daemon, but then you wont pay Golden Daemon winner prices.

Its hardly gak-on-a-stick though, and I cant see why its implied as such.

STOP commenting on the paint job and whether or not you like it and/or would buy it in a thread in the SWAP SHOP.

4x IG battleforces (3 would probably be enough, but to cover the 85 guardsmen needed for the regular lasgunners, vox casters, sgts, and plastic special weapons it would be safer with 4)

2x Blisters of Ratlings (10total)
2x Kasrkin Squads
2x Kasrkin Special Weapon Blisters

The difference between your price and my price is , you used the Battle force to beef up the las gun guardsmen while not including
the rest of the command squad / special weapons , and extra heavy weapons ( this is why im requesting pictures of heavy bolter and auto cannon teams )

To make sure there are plenty of left over guardsmen , i added in 2 extra boxes:

You are also not counting the second squad of Kasrkin. But still on my last post, I was close to target about 800. If I add another squad of Kaskin to what you have their it would be 870.

Which was again , in the battle force ( you cant just add battle force to beef up lasgun's cost while not including the command squads in which includes some additional special weapons
along with the extra heavy weapon teams . )
