Well, on Friday I played my very first game of Battle Fleet Gothic! I only had 45mins so only got 2 turns which is pretty good but we were only doing the VERY basics. I played as Chaos and ABSOLUTELY owned one of the imperial ships and probably would of
destroyed it if I had passed my leadership on one of my ships but I did cripple it. Ive decided that in 31 days (exactly) I'm going to get 4 Chaos Cruisers of my own and the dreaded CHAOS PLANET KILLER!!! Im not going to get any fighters for a whille but untill then I'm going to use the dice I bought on Friday. By the way I know this is'nt Gothic related but does anyone know what to do if your Chaos Sole Grinder is COVERED in dust Because I don't know how to get it off.

CHAOS RULE!!!!

Hi,
welcome to the game. Great to hear you had a good 45 minutes. In the future it'll speed a little up.

The Planet Killer is pretty strong and personally I wouldn't recommend it for being played every time you come with Chaos. Having a 'normal' battleship will be better in that regard.
Won't be fun if opponents started to evade you, see?

You won't need fighter or bomber models as markers do the trick pretty good. Check Warp Rift for more dedicated markers.

Im all ready going to get some Crusiers so I can play a small game when I need too but when I'm more edvanced I can use the Planet Killer (which should hopfully be soon). For the normal battle ships when I have some extra chash I'll get the Despoiler!! By the way would you recommend the Repulsive Grand Cruiser?

Where do you get your models? Ebay? I remember seeing BFG in the GW stores but they pulled the models?

Busy somewhere, airin' out the skin jobs.

You can still get them thru direct order.

...and they're still some of the cheapest models availiable.

1500pt imperial/chaos fleet can cost you less than 100 dollars easy if you go mainly with cruisers.

I have never failed to seize on 4+ in my life!

I got my BFG Necrons super cheap: Not only were they free through an online gift voucher, but due to a mix up I got the order delivered twice: 4 Scythes, 8 Jackals, 8 Dirges, and two SM captains (not BFG lol) for a single 100 USD voucher. Good Times!

The idea is that it takes extra effort and time to write properly, and they’d rather save the time. If you can still be understood, what’s the harm? While most of the time a sloppy post CAN be understood, the use of proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling is generally seen as respectable and desirable on most forums. It demonstrates an effort made to be understood, and to make your post an easy and pleasant read. By making this effort, you can often elicit more positive responses from the community, and instantly mark yourself as someone worth talking to.
