You accidentally put something other than combi-meltas on the Stern Guard.
Also, you should drop He'Stan unless you are building your army around him.

This list is quite illegal even for a planet strike game. 8 elites 3 troops and 1 HQ
other than that
getting rid of the storm bolters and giving oyur sternguard heavy weapons is a very BAD! idea. their boltrs are what make them great, I suggest replacing them with bolter melta, then at least vulkan will be useful, or drop vulkan altogether and pick up pedro, cheaper and your sternguard become scoring units.
if you want to make this list legal drop a sternguard unit drop a dreadnought and grab a Master of the forge.

It's for Apocalypse. There are no FOC restrictions in Apoc.

Storm bolters are worthless on sterns as you almost always use the other ammo types meaning you WONT be using the storm bolters profile.
Drednoughts are also vehicles.
Deathstrike missile launchers are good on about 1/2 of the first drop-pod assault wave. As theres only so much that can be within the 12" threat range of those launchers.
Heavy flamers are a waste on sternguard. Thier job is combi-flamer/melta and special ammo spewers.. if you want heavy flamers, get a couple of dual h.flamer ironclads.
For 3000pts.. three tactical squads is soooo insuffecient.
Extremely poor wasteful list. Many many vehicles.
