Is there some way to view just one person's signature, like on their profile page or something?

I have signatures and avatars turned off for viewing the forums because there are way too many annoying or disruptive signatures and avatars, but occasionally I do want to see someone's signature or avatar. The avatar I can see by looking at their profile page, but there doesn't seem to be anything to do for their signature.

On a related note, I can't see my signature when I post. Should it really show up to others if I'm not bothering to look at it?

I'm afraid we do not have that functionality as the effort to implement it would outweigh the usefulness of the feature. It would take less time for people to re-enable signatures, hit refresh, view the signature, then disable it again than it would for me to implement the code to show signatures in profiles, and as it is a very infrequently requested feature it will stay that way probably.

As for you other query, nobody can see your signature as in your profile, the option 'Attach my signature:' is set to No. Set that to yes and everyone who does not have signatures disabled will be able to view your sig. Leave it as and you effectively dont have a sig.
