Terrific paintjobs - I think the metallics could use a little wash to dull them down a bit (a little too shiny IMHO), but otherwise, solid, solid paintjobs. Very nice!

Man, I wish there was a real Black Library where I could get a Black Library Card and take out Black Library Books without having to buy them. Of course, late fees would be your soul. But it would be worth it. - InquisitorMack

Very clean and solid paint job. I like those better than the orginal metal models.

The models (and bases!) work well and I like the painting. I'd suggest taking your finest brush and adding spots of white to their eyes but otherwise they're great.

Hey thanks for the comments guys!
Magos: yeah I tried painting eyes on them at first but failed epicly so I decided not to go that rout.

Maxdemek: The auto pistols are made from the Laspistol in the catachan sprues. I just chopped it to look more boxy and pushed it back so the grip/magazine would be more in the center of the gun, then added some extra bits.
The back part of the stubguns are from cadian grenadelauncher, and I used a peice of grenade launcher barrel for cylinder and heavy stubber barrel for its barrel along with some extra rod and plasticard.

The only issue I have with your models is that they are obviously wearing body armor which is an actual item upgrade found in the game. As your campaign progresses, how is your opponent supposed to know which models actually have body armor and which don't?

Thats really cool man. And oddly enough, your boss is the EXACT same build as mine. Even used Catachans lol. Except my shotgun is a single barrel instead of double

Hey Jonathan! I figured you would recognize these.

Breotan: Yeah I can see your point about the body armor. I just liked them more than the tanktop/vest catachan bodies.
Another reason for it (the same with their grenades) is that if/when I do get the equipment then all I have to do is add it to the stat sheet instead of making or modifying the model. Plus I will mostly be playing with freinds/relatives so it's not that big a deal.
Thanks for the input

No, no, man - they're wearing puffy vests. It just looks like armor the way it's highlighted right now.

You're a man after my own heart. I love those paint jobs, and I wholly endorse the use of caution stripes. The shotgun looks a little wonky, but I love everything I'm seeing.
