Well, I cleared the cache on my Xbox 360 and then tried playing Fable 2. Everything started normally, but, when I tried to load my save game files, I got the message "This save file is corrupted and cannot be loaded." And my stuff wasn't the only thing that was corrupted. Every save file, on every gamertag, was corrupted. My wife lost her game in which she owned most of every city.

Any clues on to what happened and how it might be fixed?
