I am a total newbie to working up a Wolves list, but then I'm not actually making a Wolves list! I'm just using the Wolves list to rep my Storm Eagles, and I am liking what I can do with it so far. So any advice you all have would be helpful.

2000 pts (1999 actually...)

HQ - Bjorn the Fell-handed (need a good fluffy name for this guy for my Storm Eagles chapter)
-maybe go with plasma cannon instead of assault cannon? -270
(I might need to paint up a whole new Dread model to represent this guy and his bad-assery. He'll need a few more eagle icons, though...)

The thought is to have a list that looks like it could be dropped in behind enemy lines. There's no drop pods right now, that may change in the future. But this is pretty close to my old Codex Marine list, except I have a Dread leading the charge! Whoo! How awesome is that? That works really well for the fluff of my chapter, and I'm able to have 2 Dreads in a list, as they are a favorite element of the marines for me.
