I am starting a Tomb Kings army and I wanted some advice on this 2250 list.

Lord: Tomb King w/ Destroyer of Eternities & Collar of Shapesh= 265 pts.

Heroes: Priest w/ Cloak of the Dunes, Hieratic Jar= 160 pts.

Priest w/ steed & Staff of Ravening= 168 pts.

Priest w/ Casket & Golden Ankhra= 325 pts.

Core: 20 Warriors w/ champ. & st. bear, bows= 180 pts.

20 Warriors w/ bows, champ, st. bear, Banner of Undying Legion= 205 pts.

2x3 Chariots= 240 pts.

Special: 5 Carrion= 120 pts.

24 Tomb Guard w/ champ., st. bear., Icon of Rakaph= 352 pts.

So I have 235 pts. left to spend. I am also considering dropping the Tomb Guard down to 19 which would get me another 60 pts.

My options are: Screaming Skull Catapult, 1-2 Tomb Scorpions, Tomb Swarms(maybe for guarding the Casket/Catapult from surprises), or more Carrion. I have not actually played TK before so any comments would be very helpful. Thanks.

The catapult is almost a must-have for TK-armies as it augments their magic phase hugely. In early turns it's the best place to dump extra-shoot incantations and as nobody likes to take a flaming skull to the head barring dragon armored high elf characters, you may draw out some dispel scrolls and such. The scorpions are also hugely useful but are more match-up dependant as you won't get so much out of their tunneling ability vs certain armies that don't have squishy artillery at the background.

Most TK armies I've seen have at least 1 catapult and 2 scorpions which seems pretty solid setup.

edit: It's also good to know that the catapult is probably the best way to take out opposing big nasties if you haven't got properly armed king at the right place.

The general consensus on a few different forums has been to drop the TG down to 19 and get a SSC and 2 scorpions. That leaves me with 15 points. I was also considering swapping out the steed priest for a prince. What is a decent set-up for a Prince? Thanks again for any comments.
