Plasma pistols are kind of overpriced, 10 points for a single plasma shot.
Why does your plasma chimera have a hull HB? You'll want it close-up to get into rapid-fire range.
I'm not sure demolitions is good for chimeravets, since you can't assault the turn you disembark unless you didn't move the previous turn. Leave demolitions for airborne vets.
I'm not sure about your heavy support. I'm not a fan of the punisher, the demolisher shouldn't have sponsons since it'll be moving anyway.
You're not taking any squad to ride around in the vendetta?

Yeah, I think I would dramatically rework the tank selection. For instance, why have a Hellhound when you already have 7 Chimeras with (what should be) heavy flamers? Why have a Punisher when you already have tons of crowd control? As makr said, why have all the sponsons on the Demolisher? If it's more blasts or AP2 you want, take a Medusa or something. I also think Executioners are overrated and would much prefer another Demolisher.
I'd nix the heavy stubbers and dozer blades in favor of another Vet squad for the Vendetta. You could also consider putting a fire-and-forget special weapon squad in the Vendetta for some fun, carefree demolition charge action.
Another Vendetta/Valk or two certainly wouldn't hurt you. They're pretty much the most undercosted units in the game, so you might as well take advantage of them.
On the infantry squads, grenade launchers seem like a waste. They're pretty crappy weapons. I'd put plasma guns in there if you're trying to stay at range. S3 AP6 doesn't do a whole lot for crowd control anyway.

I usualy run 9 demolishers with no sponsons, for this list, i would recomend only taking demolishers instead of the executioner and punisher.
Also, always take heavy flamers on your chimeras. They are best used to get close and do drive by shooting/torching.
If you take heavy flamers on your chimeras, that will eliminate the need for hellhounds etc... That will also free up enough points to buy some more infantry or even another demolisher or two.

I don't think you've got very much on the board for IG at this points level. Add up the plasma pistols, heavy stubbers, dozer blades, camo netting: 170 points. I would at least identify which of these things aren't making a big difference, cut most of them, and get another vehicle or squad.
Specifics: You have 3 super-expensive leman russes. The pask-punisher is horribly expensive for reliable damage against infantry, IMO. The executioner is a very popular tank, but it's already one of the most expensive. Just take plasma sponsons and nothing else, camo netting seems pretty bad on a tank with 36" range, which will often have to move to acquire a target. Demolisher isn't bad per se, but I think either lascannon/multimeltas or HB/plasma cannons would be the best hull/sponsons loadout. Currently, your heavy support is 745 points = just under 5 naked russes.
My suggestion (although there are a lot of good ways to change this section) would be to cut two lascannons and camo netting from the demo and exec. Then you have about enough points to swap pask for a squadron of two eradicators. These two tanks would have to be insanely unlucky not to do more damage to infantry.
Fast attack looks ace, maybe the MM would be better on the hellhound, since it has a better range - the banewolf could always be moving flat out, until it's in flamer range of an MEQ squad.
I really see your point about not spamming mechvets - it's a bit depressing to see the troops section is 4-6 copy-pasted units with meltaguns. But IMO, the strength of mechanised platoons is in the numbers of scoring chimeras you can field. This is where my first point about the unnecessary upgrades comes in. I would strip all the stubbers, dozer blades, plasma pistols, the CCS medic, and put all points saved into bulking out the inf. platoon.
Might be better to put plasma on a vet unit and meltas on both CCSs. Melta units have to get out in front of land raiders and similar, giving them a lower survival rate. Ironically, CCS are less important than troops squads in objective missions, so you don't want to give the troops this job.
Hope that helps - it's already a pretty harsh list, it just seems it could be leaner and field more stuff.
Gideon is right about heavy flamers on chimeras. I think the squadron rules make fielding a full 9 LRBTs a bit of a waste though.

thanks for the input guys, these are the changes that i made so far. some advice i didnt take some i did, all was looked over.
for what i didnt change:
1) i like the medi in with the plasma, makes for less roseted troops. i see alot of nids in my club and with out them its hard to deal with 6-8 MC
2) i did leave in the pun (but did take out pask) it realy has helped me in the past. (but do plan on replacing w/ a 2ed exe)
3) the only chimeras i have my heavy bolters left on are the ones i dont plan on moving for the most of the game. (the plsma ccs i will look in to changing, i want to do some play testing first to see how much i plan on moving it down field)
4) I still only have the 3 H tanks, i have seen some good armys run the LR spam but im realy not going for that in this list
5) plama pistols are out
6) ive found that the bane wolf with the MM off the front can be devistating to all but 2+ armor, (even though it does go agenst the rule of no anti tank/anti troop)
7) droped the camo netting (just a point filler any way) but i did hold on the the LC, i did this so my list (witch is very short range for most IG mech) can force a "no mans land" for more shooty army. forsing them tho come to me, then to just sit back and ping away at my armor.
8) demo for the vets are only for the large blast, but i do see the point, not realy the best for the points (my next mod to the list will nix them)
9) the unit in the vend will be for the inq, imo the vend shouldnt be moved much at all
10) the demo LR is built in to the list as a counter attack unit, the only thing i plan on shoting will be the plasma untill some thing bad moves in close (ex: death comp, assalt units, or a poorly placed land raider) this is also the back bone of my "no mans land" strat. still im half way tempted to just drop the demo and pun for 2 more exe (yea cost alot but nothing kills better)
