YO DAKKA DAKKA!

Two lists here, the original concept and the new concept... I'm tagging with a Big Bug tyranid list. After losing to a Tzeentch Daemon/Dual Lash team-up (are you surprised?) I decided to try a couple things differently. First of all the Burna (Power Weapon) on the mek is just a liability - he's better to keep out of base contact. Secondly, as much as I originally liked the idea of open-topped wagons shooting from a tiny little bit of the hull exposed around the corner of a vehicle, the wagons were a KP liability as well as a huge problem when they were stunned.

Hopefully the Koptas will let me scout out and tie up a nasty shooty unit, or put the hurt on a light/medium vehicle.

I'd certainly take a large unit of Shoota Boyz... if I had any shoota boy models.

List 1:

If your doing foot slogging orks killa kanz are best with two big meks. Meks give 4+ cover save to kanz, which give 4+ cover save to the boyz. ATM you have grots which give a 4+ cover save, kill them as they have no save and your meat shield is gone. A 5+ cover save from the mek won't keep them alive for long.

6 lootas isn't a lot, D3 x 6 at the best will give you 18 shots which need 5+ to hit. If your going for armour with these its going to be tough, infantry not a problem. But getting the hits is the problem, you need more. Also take battlewagons, not looted wagons as they could move when you don't want them too.

List 2:

Same list so same pointers apart from the deffkopters. Deffkopters work well in single units, can target more choices and immune to morale tests almost. Throw in a buzzsaw on one of them for a S7 power fist attack.

Alright man here goes my 2 cents. Footsloggin army ALWAYS run Ghazzy. He gives you such a threat range its not even funny. Not to mention your assaulting by turn 2. I would run something like this.

Close to what you need.

Run a HUGE Line of Gretchen accross the table infront of your boyz. This will give them all a 4+ cover save and you wont have to worry about your Gretchen staying alive for to long because you will be in CC by turn 2 with Ghazzy. I hope this helped man.
