Lord: MoK, Jugger, Aether Sword, Armor of Morslieb, shield

Hero: BSB, biting blade.

Sorc: Lvl 2, MoN, Bloodskull Pendent

Core: 15 marauders, MoS, full command, LA, Shield

14 marauders, MoS, full command, LA, Shield

15 WoC, MoK, full command, shields

15 WoC, Mok, full command, shields, halberds

Special: 10 Chosen, MoK, halberds, full command, Favor of the Gods

5 Knights, full command, Banner of Rage

Rare: 2 Spawn, one with MoK

Any tips on improving this list are welcome. For those who give the weird eye to seeing the sorc with the pendent, I figure it's a nice surprise when at best he is put in combat and is in contact with 3 models and god forbid the charger challenges, to have suddenly a sorc hit with a str 8 KB attack, more than his normal compliment of attacks.

Here's my take on cleaning the list up a bit:

L: Lord - MoK, aethersword, armor of morrslieb, shield, jugger = 370
H: Sorcerer - MoN, bloodskull pendant = 150
H: Exalted - BSB, shield = 140

C: 15 Warriors - MoK, full command, halberds, shields = 315
C: 15 Warriors - MoK, full command, shields = 300
C: 20 Marauders - MoS, full command, shield, light armor = 150
C: 10 Marauders - MoS, musician, flails = 64
C: 5 Warhounds = 30
C: 5 Warhounds = 30

S: 12 Chosen - banner of rage, favor, full command, halberds, shields = 330
S: 5 Knights - MoK, standard, musician = 260

R: Spawn = 55
R: Spawn = 55

And some thoughts on the above:

JUGGER > Nice build, aethersword is a great lord's weapon, IMO. The man needs his shield though.

BSB > Flag dude needs his shield too, and I figure the 2+ save is worth more than the AP sword. A way basic build, but should work nicely for cheap points.

SORC > Cool on the bloodskull pendant, and I dig it over taking 2 scrolls like a normal caddy. But remember he is a caddy, so why level 2? Just take buboes as default and have it to cast if the other guy miscasts and lets you toss it out. Not sure 150 pts is worth +1DD, but the pendant is definitely cool.

WARRIORS > Yea! So these are good by me.

MARAUDERS > What do 15 'turtle' marauders do? Not much in my book ... Now there's a full CR unit to carry BSB and/or sorcerer, and a wee flanker / baiter unit with flails for utility work.

DOGS > Puppies! With so many frenzied units you'll probably want at least a few dogs to get in your own troops' way. Also doggy utility work.

CHOSEN > Man these guys are expensive. I swapped the banner onto them, as they're more likely to lose combat than the knights, made sure they had shields to survive a bit more incoming shooting, and found points for 2 more chosen to run 2x6 for loads of attaks (TM).

KNIGHTS > Yep, just kr0n knights now, no need for the BoR. They kill things. Also, the champ was eating points up for little return.

SPAWN > Good luck using them, I still think spawn should be good, at least for nabbing marchblockers and such. MoK is fairly excessive @ 20 pts, and I wanted the points for more chosen.

So that's what I got, don't think things changed too much. Mostly adding a lot of shields, swapping some equipment and getting you some more utility workers to help land your frenzied boys where they need to go.

>.< doh, forgot to add here that i did give my Lord a shield. Thanks for the tips, yeah the warhounds should help a bit chasing down stragglers or even the 'I'm so awesome alone' ego wizard.
