I am thinking about building a WH army with a radical inquisitor theme. I realize that SoB wouldn't hang around with a radical so I thought I would use SM scouts to "count as" SoB. I made a couple of test mini's, I scraped off the chest eagle and used Catachan, Empire and Bretonnian heads instead of the scout ones. I plan on painting them in the black and red scheme of most of the inquisition models I have seen.
So what do you think? Would you have a probelm playing against this army?

I think that if you were going for 'Count as' SOB, you could just use SM Plastics with Catachan, Empire and Bretonnians.

After all, Sisters have good armor, but don't have the 'enhancements' marines do. So just using 'normal' guys for your marine might do it.

Of course you could go really crazy and do scouts with shields to represent their 3+ save. I think that could be visually striking and fluffy.

For inspiration 300 for round shields or Roman Legions with Tower Shields. Then think of those badarses carrying bolters, shotguns, etc.
