You can't take multiples of the same Magic Item in an army (so only one Tome of Furion and one Banner of Murder). Also, your Dreadlord is illegal, as he can't have two items from the same Magic Item Category (in this case the Magic Armour Category, Armour of Eternal Servitude and Shield of Grond). Dark Elf Core choices are usually Repeater Crossbowmen and Dark Riders (and a unit or two of Harpies, though these don't fill the compulsory Core slots). Warriors are only used in combination with a Sorceress with the Sacrificial Dagger, who can then use the Warriors to overcharge the Magic Phase. I would change the Magic Standards in both Special units. Executioners really need the Standard of Hag Graef to allow them to actually strike in combat. Cold One Knights could use the Banner of Cold Blood to make sure they actually get that important charge, instead of going Stupid for the rest of the turn. Both Special units are fairly big as well, which causes you to have fewer units. The Dreadlord gear is really strange. The Crimson Death is a far more reliable weapon then Heartseeker is. You'll get the re-roll to hit in the first round anyway (Hatred), and will have S6 instead of S4, which is a huge difference (especially in ignoring Armour Saves, but also for wounding high Thoughness units). I wouldn't take a Dreadlord anyway, unless I was going to mount him on a Black Dragon. A Cold One can go Stupid, which makes your expensive Character a bit unreliable. Dark Elf Rare choices are very strong (both the War Hydra and the Repeater Bolt Throwers). I would advise you to always fill the amount of Rare choices available to you when playing with Dark Elves.
