hi i am relitivly new to wh40k, i started at the begining of this year, i have a ork army of 1500 pts (bad moons  ) but i also want to start a chaos reagade/militia army.
The only problem is that i don't know where to find rules for them and i wouldn't mide some advice

You can do one of two things:
A) Buy the Forgeworld IA: Siege of Vraks books for a ridiculous price
oooooor
B) Buy an Imperial Guard Codex and make a Renegade Guard army using the IG armylist

If you have a job and still live with your parents, such as I do. Might i recommend http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/acatalog/CHAOS_RENEGADES.html
Use the rules from the standard IC codex however.
The forgeworld models can be a bit rough at first, however once you get used to it the final models are amazing. I personally love my DKoK guard army.
