Are you taking 4 units of Night goblins? If not, you need more troops.

Split up the Riders into 2 units of 5 both with musicians.

Best save you can get for a Shaman is a 5+ / 5+ by being on a Boar with the Best Boss 'At.

The Banner of Butchery is best kept in the Black Orc unit, with the BSB having the Spirit Totem. Why? Only Orcs can carry the banner, but any unit's rank bonus counts. Black Orcs lose a rank (and, thus, a dispel die) with their first casualty. Night Goblins require at least two.

Night Goblins need to be larger, they're not going to last very long taking panic checks at five casualties with only Ld. 8.

Spider Riders should be split into two units of five - a unit ten big isn't getting any benefits.

Spear Chukkas are fine. If you can, add a few more BOrcs (make them at least 20 big).

Overall, you get 75pts of use freed by the magic items for the Lord. I'd suggest using those to increase your goblin unit's sizes as well as the BOrc unit.
