Hey Dakka, I've been lurking around these forums for a couple of weeks now, been checking out the gallery a bit as well.
I'm a new wargamer, I know a little bit about the hobby and have played a few games, though none of them 40k yet. (My father is a wargamer [not 40k] and I've played a few games with him/watched him play at our FLGS/ seen him paint at home over the years). I've recently gotten into 40k and chose Imperial Guard, luckily I have a good painter to help me out and give me tips as I learn. Always looking for any tips or advice that I can pick up here as well!
